Deliveroo Alcohol Agreement

Deliveroo E Gift Cards can only be redeemed for the purchase of menu items from deliveroo.com.au/ or the Deliveroo AU app. deliveroo.com.au is a website operated by Deliveroo Australia Pty Ltd 73 607 915 640 (“we”, “us” or “Deliveroo”), ACN 607 915 640, based at level 1, 3 Wellington Road, St. Kilda, VIC 3182, Australia. Deliveroo is a company where dishes are prepared by independent restaurants (our “partner restaurants”) and delivered by us. The law does not allow you to deliver alcohol to drunk people. If you give alcohol to someone who is already drunk, you can be fined. It is against the law to deliver alcohol to people under the age of 18. Our license allows us to work with restaurants with the corresponding license – not all restaurants with liquor licenses are necessarily appropriate. But there are many restaurants that have the right license with which we can work, and this license allows a consumer to use the Deliveroo platform, order an excellent Italian and therefore get a bottle of wine. The menu manager allows you to create and/or edit your own menu pages for the Deliveroo platform (www.deliveroo.co.uk and mobile app in the UK). Deliveroo has indeed been selling alcohol for some time, with customers able to order drinks from restaurants where they ordered food, but this is the first time consumers can buy wine and beer from engaged retailers and separately for their food order.

If you have any questions about these terms or our delivery service, please contact partners@deliveroo.com. Here you will also find answers to your questions….
